As Enthusiasm Lab celebrates 10 years, I find myself reflecting on all that has unfolded over the last decade.
What started as a dream has become something so much bigger than I ever imagined. And one of the most profound lessons of these 10 years is this: the biggest shifts happen when we become the person capable of receiving what we desire.
A decade of walking alongside women
Over the years, I've had the honor of walking alongside women as they:
Started businesses
Left careers that no longer aligned
Bought homes
Raised their prices
Prioritized their health and wellbeing
Built communities
Strengthened relationships
Stepped into leadership
Trusted themselves more deeply
And through it all, they've taught me just as much as I've taught them. Thank you for trusting me, alongside your version of higher power, with your dreams, your fears, your hopes, your businesses, your relationships, your families and your next chapters. The truth is, none of this would exist without you.
The questionnaire I forgot I filled out
One of the most profound lessons I've learned through coaching came when a mentor of mine had me revisit an onboarding questionnaire I'd completed a long time ago.
As I read through it, I was shocked. There on the page were goals and desires I had completely forgotten writing down:
More creativity
More travel
A specific income
A new vehicle for my partner
Specific clients
Specific projects
More freedom
They had quietly come true.
Not by hustling harder
Not because I obsessed over them every day. Not because I forced them into existence. But because I took aligned action, invested in my growth, stayed open, and learned to trust something bigger than myself.
That experience changed how I view transformation.
The most powerful shifts don't happen because we hustle harder. They happen because we become the person capable of receiving what we desire.
That's the work I love most. And it's why coaching continues to be one of the greatest gifts of my life.
Try this: revisit what you once wrote down
If you've ever journaled your goals, filled out an intake form, or written a vision for your life, go find it. Read it slowly. Notice what has already quietly come true, and let yourself feel it. You may be living answers to prayers you forgot you prayed.
